N.V. Heathorn began performing Architectural Sheet Metal in his early years as a roofing contractor. Today we perform architectural work on large and complex projects for new construction and restoration of existing construction. We perform fabrication and installation for architectural sheet metal, ornamental metals, metal roofing, metal panels, seismic expansion joint covers, architectural and mechanical louvers, and roof accessories.

We operate a 15,000 square foot sheet metal fabrication shop within our San Leandro facility. Centrally located in the San Francisco Bay Area, we are able to respond promptly to our clients’ needs for custom fabrications.

We utilize the latest CAD/CAM technology, as well as, highly skilled craftsmen for fast and efficient quality custom fabrications and installations. We strive to service our clients with a quality product at a competitive price. We welcome projects of all sizes and complexity. We have the capacity to competitively perform architectural projects valued from $1,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.

N.V. Heathorn Co. has implemented Total Quality Management (TQM) to assure that all fabrications and installations are in complete compliance to project requirements. TQM is a method of performing our work by which we assign responsibility for quality control to all individuals involved in our projects.
